Villa opens their first mall location

Villa opens its first airport location

First international location opens in founder’s hometown
of Naples, Italy

Villa expands to over 100 locations

2003
Acquired “Everything Yogurt Brands” adding over 100
more locations

2004
Introduced four core brands and opens flagship location
in Time Square, NYC

2006
New five-story international headquarters in Morristown, NJ

Villa creates a “Full Service” Restaurant Division
