What do I get for my franchise fee and royalties?
• Use of our brands name, operating systems, logo, and store design.
• A comprehensive management training program at one of our designated training centers designed to prepare you for daily operation of our concept(s). Traveling and Lodging expenses are not included in the fee.
• Conceptual site and floor plan designs, and prototypical
building plans.
• Franchise development support and a step-by-step guide through the process of new store layout, ordering of equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
• Real Estate assistance for site selection.
• Support and training assistance in pre-opening and grand opening.
• Ongoing support in the following areas: Operations, Research & Development, Purchasing & Distribution, and Marketing.

What type of experience do I need to run these brands?
Any prior experience in business management and a food service background are very helpful. We can teach you the elements of our business, but the most important assets are organizational skills, people skills, work ethic, enthusiasm, and adherence to the systems, standards, and specifications of the Franchisor.

What is the weekly royalty fee?
Five Percent (5%) for the Green Leaf's, South Philly Steaks & Fries, and Bananas brands and Six Percent (6%) for the Villa Fresh Italian KitchenSM/Villa Pizza brands of Gross Revenues. (Gross Revenues are the total revenues from all sales of the restaurant but do not include sales tax or equivalent taxes). Royalties are paid on a weekly basis to Franchisor.

One Percent (1%) of Gross Revenues is the Advertising
Fee for Green Leaf's, South Philly Steaks & Fries and Bananas, paid weekly

What about selecting a site for my restaurant?
Franchisor can assist you in choosing a location that's right for our concepts. Typically, we have locations in regional malls, airports, colleges & universities, casinos, outlet centers, and office buildings.
The square footage varies for each location.

How long does it take to open one of your brands?
From the date the Franchise Agreement is signed, it takes approximately four to six months.

How do I receive my food products and supplies?
The Franchisor attempts to provide a 'One Stop Shop' delivery to your restaurant, where available. We have strategic alliances in various regions with food distributors. Additionally, we attempt to maximize volume leverage with our suppliers in order to get high quality, service, and competitive prices for our franchisees.

How will I handle my accounting and reporting needs?
The Franchisor will supply you with the necessary information and required formats for setting up your accounting systems and submitting timely reports. You will probably want to retain the services of an accountant/bookkeeper to assist you.

What type of training do the franchisee(s) and management team need?
We prefer that our franchisees are hands-on and highly involved in their new business. We require both the franchisee(s) and the designated restaurant manager to successfully complete our training program. This includes a minimum of two (2) to three (3) weeks of intense training at one of our designated training centers.
