| For quite a while the phrase “From our family to yours” has helped represent Villa’s corporate identity. But what does it really mean? To us, it is much more than a slogan, it expresses the everyday reality upon which our business has been founded since it’s inception.
Going back some four and a half decades ago, our actual family: parents, sons and daughters, aunts, uncles and cousins, have worked side by side with our extended “business family” to offer personalized food and service to our valued customers. From the first day, our family’s name and our family’s future have depended upon the quality and consistency of our food and our service. That’s why we are so proud of our success. We’ve come a very long way, but even now, our family stands behind all our businesses, products and concepts. What does that mean to you? It means a more personal touch in food preparation, and more family-oriented approach to supporting franchisees and helping them ensure the success of their families’ businesses and futures. So while it’s true that Villa Enterprises has today expanded and extended to become a great portfolio of brands, be assured that while we are on our way to becoming a much bigger company we will never let go of being a company managed by a great big family. Proud of where we started, conscious of what got us to where we are today, mindful of the respect and regard that we owe to our customers and the partners who helped us thrive and grow, we will never lose sight of the values that started it all.
