Examples of this multi-brand concept can be seen in the Villa Food Court in Times Square NYC with four branded concepts, and the Sands Casino Gourmet Express Food Court in Bethlehem, Pa., where Villa operates the entire food court consisting of eight distinct brands and food types.
In 2007, we applied our expertise in restaurant operations to the full-service segment, and today operate 14 locations in suburban New Jersey. These range from a chain of seven casual dining locations under The Office Beer Bar & Grill brand to the upscale, contemporary George & Martha’s American Grill in Morristown, N.J. and the 270-year-old historic Black Horse Pub & Tavern in Mendham, N.J.
